Pukkade ,uses very fast and secure shipping methods, usually it will not take more than eight days for the order to reach you, for more information please read the shipping information on the product page.

Currently, Pukkade accepts payment via credit cards and PayPal, but soon other payment methods will be added for a more enjoyable shopping experience.

You can place an order in one of two ways, either by adding the product to the shopping cart via the "Add to Cart" button, or by purchasing directly by clicking on the “Buy Now” on the product page, and filling in the shipping and contact information as well as the payment information, and click submit, and thus you have submitted the purchase order with ease 

Depending on where you are in the order process, your seller may be able to help you cancel your order 

If you placed an order , first check that your order hasn’t shipped yet.

If your item is Not Shipped yet, you can contact us to cancel your order. 

My order was already Shipped

If your item is Shipped, check the seller’s policies to see if they are able to offer a replacement or refund. Each seller has their own policies that are on their shop homepage.  Contact us to request a replacement or refund , and it should be as per our return & Refund policy.

You can track your order through your account page, or through the My Account menu located at the bottom of all Bocad pages, by clicking on "Track Orders", and all you have to do is enter the tracking number that was sent to you via email after placing the order.If the tracking number is not valid, you can contact us through the Contact Us page or via email ( cc@pukkade.com)

You can return the product or products that you received within fourteen days of the product reaching you. If you wish to return the product, please email us, and you will be notified of the steps you must follow to return the product, and the value of the product will be refunded to you as soon as the product arrives at Pukkade.
