If your item is Not Shipped yet, you can contact us to cancel your order.

If your item is Shipped, check the seller’s policies to see if they are able to offer a replacement or refund. Each seller has their own policies that are on their shop homepage.  Contact us to request a replacement or refund , and it should be as per our return & Refund policy.

You can return the product or products that you received within fourteen days of the product reaching you.
