You can place an order in one of two ways, either by adding the product to the shopping cart via the "Add to Cart" button, or by purchasing directly by clicking on the “Buy Now” on the product page, and filling in the shipping and contact information as well as the payment information, and click submit, and thus you have submitted the purchase order with ease

If you placed an order , first check that your order hasn’t shipped yet.

If your item is Not Shipped yet, you can contact us to cancel your order. 

My order was already Shipped

If your item is Shipped, check the seller’s policies to see if they are able to offer a replacement or refund. Each seller has their own policies that are on their shop homepage.  Contact us to request a replacement or refund , and it should be as per our return & Refund policy.

You do not need an account to place an order, but we strongly recommend that you create an account on Pukkade, so that you can benefit from the special offers that Pukakde provides to its subscribed customers only, and so that you can track orders without the need to add the tracking number, as well as track your wish list and previous orders.Creating an account will not take more than 30 seconds.

You can track your order through your account page, or through the My Account menu located at the bottom of all Bocad pages, by clicking on "Track Orders", and all you have to do is enter the tracking number that was sent to you via email after placing the order.If the tracking number is not valid, you can contact us through the Contact Us page or via email ( cc@pukkade.com)

You can return the product or products that you received within fourteen days of the product reaching you. If you wish to return the product, please email us, and you will be notified of the steps you must follow to return the product, and the value of the product will be refunded to you as soon as the product arrives at Pukkade.
